Karna guides us to stay committed if we wish to achieve our goal.

"Grab every opportunity" explains a lot in itself. It's the greatest tool for success. Take every single chance or opportunity you observe in life. If you are passionate about something and want to keep going forward on that path, then don't leave any single chance which comes in front of you.

As a manager, it is important to "grab the opportunities" to bring the organization to the next level. There is an important character named Karna in Mahabharat from which we can learn. It's important for various points.

How we discover "Grab every opportunity from Mahabharat" -

I like the character Karna in Mahabharat because of his passion for his archery and his giving nature. Karna (the adopted son of Adhirathan and Radha and the biological son of Kunti). He wasn't conscious of the fact about his biological parents due to which he strived a lot for his ambition in archery but, he never missed a chance to showcase his archery skills in front of the culture no matter how much the community betrayed his skills because he belongs to the low-class family in the culture and only upper-caste people were recognized to perform archery, but he never settled until he achieved the success.

How we get its importance from Mahabharat-

Karna is mainly realized in Mahabharat for his passion, As Karna continuously grabbed every possibility for his passion no matters what; As a leader or manager, it is important to never fail a chance to move ahead at the individual level and the organizational level.
