Good governance-

it is a set of rules, regulations for lack of violence, and to have stability in the government, organization, or party for low risk or corruption or unhealthy behavior, and work with effectiveness.

Indian epic Mahabharata's part Shanti Parva renders the duties of a ruler, dharma, and good governance, as counseled by the dying Bhishma to Yudhishthira and various Rishis (sage).

Shanti Parva devotes around 100 chapters on the duties and responsibilities of a king and practices of proper governance.

Shanti Parva claims-

  1. A prosperous kingdom must be guided by truth and justice
  2. the duties of a ruler and his cabinet are to enable people to be happy, pursue truth, and act sincerely.
  3. the proper function of a ruler is to rule according to dharma; he should not use his power to enjoy the luxuries of life.
  4. rulers must help the upliftment of all living beings
  5. the best law is one that enhances the welfare of all living beings, without injuring any specific group.

all the points explained above can not only be used in a kingdom or the governance of a country or state it can be used for organizational perspective also to get more effective results.

(In Mahabharat, Pandavas ruled in a fair and only focused on progress and in public welfare of their kingdom and focused on ethical values, not on their satisfaction or luxury form ruling skills we can learn this for not only on the political manner on mas value we can also implement this skills in corporate governance to find progress.)
